We have finally put together a booklet about Our Shop. There is a limited number of printed booklets available, so if you are interested in acquiring one please contact us. There is also a pdf version.

We're now closed
Thank you to everybody who made this project possible. From Camden council, to London Art, to the Kilburn film festival, to the artists involved and most of all to the people who walked in through the shop’s doors. Very soon we will be putting together a little book about Our Shop. We just need to organise all our documentation and materials from the project. Hopefully we’ll have...

Mojito Bar opening
We are opening a mojito bar on Saturday 10/07/10, as part of our contribution to the Fiesta 2010 Film Festival. The bar will be open from 6pm. During the evening we will be showing films selected by Javier Calderon. Also Antonio Pilade is presenting a video installation, and the shop will be set up as an exhibition space showing works by artists and locals who contributed to Our Shop since...
6th July special opening 6-9pm
This opening marks Our Shop’s one month anniversary in Kilburn!
Specially for the evening we will be displaying works from the participants of Our Shop. This will include new interventions from invited artists, as well as alterations to previous works.

22nd June special opening 6-9pm
There will be a special late opening on Tuesday 22nd of June from 6-9pm. We will be displaying all the works of the participants of Our Shop to date. Specially for the night we will be hosting Eszter Takacs’ sweetshop accompanied by a performance by squib-box. Emily Lockren’s drawing game. From 10am to 7pm everyday expect on Sundays. All we are waiting for now is for you to come in and help put the whole project on the move.

Images of the space
Our Shop will be located at 71 Kingsgate Road, London NW6 4JY. The doors will be open to the public daily, except Sunday between 10am and 7pm from 8th June to 6th July 2010.
Below are some images of the shop in its current state. The shop has simple settings: an entrance to the left of a display window, a long main room (one wall is partly covered with mirrors), at the back of the space...
Our Shop will give artists the opportunity to make and exhibit their work in a space accessible to the local community of Kilburn. This space is located at 71 Kingsgate rd. We have been awarded the Creative Small Grant from Camden Council and will be able to provide some art materials to work with.
